Account Deletion

You can permanently delete your Celva account and all associated data directly from the app, at any time.

Steps to delete your account

  1. Open the Celva app and sign in.
  2. Go to the Profile tab.
  3. Scroll down and tap Delete Account.
  4. Confirm the deletion when prompted.

What gets deleted

Deleting your account removes your profile, routines, product inventory, activity logs, photos, and Celvie chat history from our systems. This action is permanent and can't be undone.

Can't access the app?

If you can't sign in or the app isn't available to you, email support@celva.app from the address associated with your account and we'll delete it for you.
